Registering your warranty ensures that your purchase is protected under Polylast Global's Warranty Program. It allows us to keep a record of your purchase, verify authenticity, and ensure you meet the necessary conditions for future warranty claims.

To register your warranty, click the "Register Your Warranty" button on this page and complete the required form. Please note, registering your warranty is not automatic. Once you submit your registration, all provided materials will be reviewed, and you will receive a confirmation upon approval.

Yes, please retain your original invoice, signed warranty, dealer and installer information, Care and Maintenance Guide, and Warranty Guide. These documents may be required for submitting a claim.

To submit a claim, please contact the Certified Dealer and/or Certified Installer that you purchased your Polylast product(s) from. All claims must be filed within the warranty period and no later than 30 days after the issue occurs.

No, submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee coverage. Each claim is reviewed to ensure it meets the terms and conditions outlined in the warranty. Polylast Global reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any claim.

If your claim is approved, Polylast Global will determine whether the defective section will be replaced (per the terms of your warranty) or a refund/credit is issued for the affected area, not exceeding the original purchase price.

Your warranty will be voided if:
Maintenance, repair, or installation is conducted by non-certified personnel.
Required maintenance for commercial installations is not performed annually.
Unapproved chemicals or cleaning methods are used.
Environmental conditions (excessive moisture or temperature extremes) cause damage.
Please review the terms and conditions of your warranty for a full list of what may void your warranty.

Yes, extended warranties are available for purchase at the time of your original order or within the first year of installation. Extended warranties require annual maintenance by a Certified PolyPro. See your warranty for more details.
