Each kit contains the materials needed to complete a do-it-yourself repair and is customized based on the size of your repair area.

While these Repair Kits are available for your DIY use, we strongly recommend having a Certified Polylast Dealer perform the repair whenever possible.

Repair Kits Are Produced in Limited Batches
Because each repair kit is produced in small production runs, they are frequently sold out.
To receive a repair kit, you must first join our product queue.

Once we receive your information, we’ll review your repair size, calculate the material required, and send you an invoice. Your place in the production queue is reserved once your request has been submitted.
By submitting this request, I acknowledge that Polylast™ Repair Kits are intended for non-warranty, do-it-yourself (DIY) repairs only and that use of a repair kit will void any remaining warranty on the affected flooring. I understand that professional repair by an authorized Polylast dealer is recommended to ensure the best appearance, performance, and longevity of the flooring. Standard repair kits are supplied in black, and while other colors may occasionally be available, specific colors cannot be guaranteed. I understand that repair kits are manufactured in limited production batches, are frequently out of stock, and that Polylast Global cannot guarantee product availability, production schedules, or delivery timelines. I further acknowledge that submitting this form does not reserve a repair kit or secure a place in the production queue. My request will not be added to the waiting list until payment has been received. An invoice will be issued based on the total square footage of the repair area provided, and it is my responsibility to ensure that all measurements and information submitted are accurate.
