Orders must be placed at least two weeks prior to when product is needed. For custom colors, orders must be placed at least three weeks prior to when product is needed. In the event that an order needs to be expedited, please contact your PolyPro Rep and we will do our best to expedite your order.

Instructions for order form: Only check marked boxes will be added to your order total. After checking the box, enter the quantity needed. Complete the remainder of the form, sign where indicated, and hit the submit order button.
